I ordered a Halo Hair Extension directly from the company in England in a color recommended by their representative, which was too light in color. After receiving the wrong color, paying a considerable amount in postage, time, and trouble to return it, ordering a different color (light brown chestnut mix) and receiving whatever color this is (see attachment), they will not respond to this issue.

As you can see in the photo, the color is a far cry from light brown chestnut mix (the lighter color).

I am not a rich person, and this has been a fairly large investment for me.

I ALWAYS check-out the complaints before ordering ALL things.. Is YOUR PROBLEM/ISSUE the Companies fault??! NO! It'd NOT!

We are to USE Wisdom! AND always BE AWARE at ALL TIMES.. REMINDER: YOU DID THE ORDERING! The Company did NOT COME TO YOU.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND

I PLACED AN ORDER AND RECEIVED IT AND IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS FOR THE RETURN.

I RETURNED IT ON APRIL 2ND 2015..STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND POST OFFICE SHOWS THEY RECEIVED IT BACK BUT THEY CONTINUE SAYING THEY DID NOT.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT? IT IS OBVIOUS YOU ARE A TOTAL CAM ARTIST......DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO THE RIGHT THING........I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A REPRESENTATIVE BY THE NAME OF AIMEE DIRECTLY..STILL NOTHING I WANT MY MONEY BACK , PLEASE ...IS THERE ANYONE AT YOUR COMPANY THAT EVEN CARES

Not a very good experience with halo..sent some photos in to help with hair colour and they were really helpful. .The product came and I was not right so I returned it to find I'm not get my money back which £99:99..because they say I tampers with it...and when I said I'd not it was just the wrong Colour i was told i was lying...The matter is in the hands of ower Visa Company. ...and next email to trading standers...

Halo Hair Returns

I've had a shocking experience with him today! my client rang him upset over the hair so I took over the call and tried to explain that the hair was too heavy and kept sliding out.Before I had the chance to speak he ranted on how I was unprofessional and I should stop upsetting my client. I was gobsmacked then after his rant i politely asked him if we could get back to the matter of the hair but he was just so unreasonable. His offer was for my client to send back the hair worth £150 and replace them with hair worth £90 ....no offer to refund the difference and pay a further £20 for p&p. He then told her on the phone that your hairdresser (me, with 25 years experience) doesn't know what she's doing! I was so upset...which is why I've looked into it and they really do have appalling costumer service which is why I posted this comment. I emailed him to tell him that trading standards will be notified and he rang my salon but I missed the call! Curious to know what he wants....I didn't even buy the *** products!

HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED in a nutshell- i ordered 2 halos and another 1 for my friend so these things are not cheap-i paid for all of them-these were not cheap-$139.00,$189.00 AND$139.00 again-i am disabled in my hands-it always takes me awhile to return anything-that is Why it took me awhile to send them back-so my friend took them back and sent them by groud because my hands are so disfigured -be glad to send anyone a picture if you doubt me..i have a legitamite handicapp sticker and license place place of mY hands..so i Went to the creit card company Wont refund me my money and will not send the items back so i can try to sell them on ebay or pennysaver and try to recoup my losses. they choose to keep the items and did not refund me any money.If these people were so legitimate ,if they knew they were not going to refund me any money ,anyone With common shed of decency Would have sent those back to me so i could try to recoup buy trying to make my money back on line to recoup my losses.

They have no contact numbers which seems very shady to me-they have email address but you write them and they just like you do not exist.they never answered my friends email nor did they answer mine.Bottom line-these people are rip off artists-lousy customer service because THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE-and in my case they certainly seem like they capitalized on my particular incident.they need to send those items back so i can recoup from my loss of the money-but i can guarantee they will not do this-just look they got about $500.00 in product back and most like sold it for the same price-she did not but one clip of hers, i too triEd only 1 clip from each to know it was not a match.SOOOO,if you are thinking of getting a halo- get it though your beauty salon- this way the color will match perfectly and it will never be a 7 day return policy because the salon person matces your hair right there and they are the ones holding the bag so to speak if the color...HALO HAS NO CONTACT INFORMATION-ONLY EMAIL AND THEY NEVER RESPOND. YES.

5 months and still no product!

John continues to say he will send the product that I paid for over 5 months ago, but still no product. He purposely leads you on until after the PayPal 45 day guarantee has expired, then stops communication. This is a SCAM company. Wish I would have known. Anyone have any recourse ideas? This scam artist needs to be stopped. Product cost me $179. Wish I would have paid by CC so I could have charges removed. Thought I was being safe by using PayPal, but ended up being robbed. Any advice from others that went through this situation? Thanks.

I ordered one but something went wrong so I contacted halo hair extensions and John Russo said I could return it and they would repair it as often as needed. he gave me an address and I returned it on dec 3 rd. after a few days the track and trace status said it could not delivered. I send an email : no need to worry he said. but after 10 working days it still had not been delivered and the package is now send back to holland! he said the royal mail did not bring the package, he is right about that but for another reason as he says!! THE ADDRESS is FAKE! that is why! that is what both UK and DUtch mail say! and no mail back after my last complaint before I even knew it is fake! but when I found out I got pissed. they blocked me on fb and twitter and so this is how you deal with customers!

"Halo Hair Extensions" Theives and Scammers!

I placed a $200 order with this company (halohairextension.com) FOUR months ago, and they failed to deliver my product. They are ignoring my calls and e-mails and when they have spoken with me in the past were rude and made a bunch of BS excuses. They think because they are overseas they can get away with being total crooks. They make up fake facebook pages and youtube videos complimenting themselves to seem like they are a "good" company. Other REAL people that have actually gotten their product said that the hair that they do send is synthetic and *** anyway. Unless you want to throw away your money, do not trust these people!

If they're so great you should actually deliver them to the customer and not just take their money!!! Funny how you have time to respond to this but not ship my package!!

I have the extensions, and they are actually amazing. They feel great, they're comfortable and the sales rep was totally sweet.

One bad experience has nothing to do with the product. :)

Halohairextensions.com stole my money and never sent my order!!

I placed a $200 order with this company two months ago, and they failed to deliver my product. I have been in contact with them every week, and they keep giving me excuses, blaming it on the postal service since it is an overseas order and being short with me on the phone. It has gotten to the point where I think they are full of it, stealing my money, and never going to send my product. Do not do business with these people, they are thieves!! I had the same problem with company. I sent back the product and was never issued a refund.

Paypal would not help. Rip off.

They Also take to time to block all the people they screw on social media. I'm going to make sure the words out on them

I made a purchase over a month ago. Less than five minutes after I placed the order, I changed my mind and cancelled it.

I received an email back almost right away saying that my purchase had been voided and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. I was then informed that, because it was an overseas business, that it may take up to 28 days to receive my refund. I have since emailed them four times over the issue and have received no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service

Find out if they have a Facebook page and write on it daily. Write on your own facebook page about them and encourage your friends to share it so it gets out. Company won't like that at all.
