I placed a $200 order with this company two months ago, and they failed to deliver my product. I have been in contact with them every week, and they keep giving me excuses, blaming it on the postal service since it is an overseas order and being short with me on the phone. It has gotten to the point where I think they are full of it, stealing my money, and never going to send my product. Do not do business with these people, they are thieves!!

I had the same problem with company. I sent back the product and was never issued a refund.

Paypal would not help. Rip off.

They Also take to time to block all the people they screw on social media. I'm going to make sure the words out on them

I ordered one but something went wrong so I contacted halo hair extensions and John Russo

said I could return it and they would repair it as often as needed. he gave me an address and I returned it on dec 3 rd.

after a few days the track and trace status said it could not delivered. I send an email : no need to worry he said.

but after 10 working days it still had not been delivered and the package is now send back to holland! he said the royal mail did not bring the package, he is right about th...

I made a purchase over a month ago. Less than five minutes after I placed the order, I changed my mind and cancelled it.

I received an email back almost right away saying that my purchase had been voided and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. I was then informed that, because it was an overseas business, that it may take up to 28 days to receive my refund. I have since emailed them four times over the issue and have received no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible service

Find out if they have a Facebook page and write on it daily. Write on your own facebook page about them and encourage your friends to share it so it gets out. Company won't like that at all.
