Halo Hair Extensions - Quality decreasing
I bougt a halo coutour about a year ago and loved it, however someone loved it as much as I did and it was stolen. I bought a replacement at the same salon I bought the first one.
This time the quality was not nearlyn as good. Muchn Much less hair. same exact style number, same salon. The new one feels like about half the amount of hair as the first one.
I could do two thick braids with the old one and with this one i can do one braid for the same thickness. I wonder if I got a defective one or is the company putting in less hair into each product.

What do we do about this? They are ripping people off!
I contacted them and they said if it was a decreased weight I could send them back and they would weigh them. I would have to pay shipping and I was afraid they would not send it or a new one back so I opted just to forget it. They were rude.
They come in three different gram weights, also, if you paid $550, you were robbed.
Where can you get the halo culture for cheaper than that? I shopped around.
I have the 24" and the gram weight is 120g.
It used to be much higher. They decreased the gram weight two years ago and it's very disapointing.
Wait a min! My stylist got me one from a Hair Show in NY recently and it was SO much thinner than before.
When I mentioned it to him he said that they said it should be 100 grams.

I don't think your stylist is taking advantage of you, the 100g is probably for the 20 inch. Halo contour is the one making a product that is not as good as it used to be.
