Matted tangle hair
- - This is the worst hair extension I’ve ever bought.
- - After the third wash it tangled and brushing took hours and the salon owner dismissed my complaint.
The worst hair I have ever purchased. After the third wash the hair was so tangled.
It took two hours to brush it out. And it broke the brush in half. Also, I went to the salon weekly for the blowout. I did not wash my own hair the owner of the salon did the wash and blowout.
I complained to her. She kept saying I was the first client that this happened to.
Do not buy this product. I have been wearing hair extensions for 15 years and this was a nightmare.

Tried to cancel an order that I was misled into. This company has no contact information.
They have my email, where is their email address? How is this responsible business? It is not. It is, in my humble opinion, a complete Flim Flam!
If you like being ripped off, this Company is for you! They do not even have a phone number, just a P.O. Box, how is that for Ambiguity? What is an average consumer supposed to do?
Snail mail a letter of complaint that may or may not be retrieved in a timely fashion before the next billing cycle begins? Perhaps they should receive the same treatment, regardless if it is ethical or not! Any chance they will read this and contact me? I think not.
You can bet they will try to continue to rip me off. Not going to happen!

The repeated email from Hair Halo
- - Email claimed low stock for Vitamin and Oil; I am out $12.19.
- - Told to reorder from the listed site, not Halo Hair.
- - I keep getting texts, calls, and emails.
I kept getting an email stating that my order of Vitamin and Oil was getting "low on stock". I was told to reorder from the "site listed" (not Halo Hair).
After many horrible internet experiences, I investigated the new sight. It was the same as the first ordering site. Guess what? SCAM!!!
I did not reorder and I have been hit with text messages, phone calls, and further emails to submit another order. I will not do it. These people are selling a "sugar pill", as most gummies are. I am out $12.19 for the 2 original bottles of the first order.
I have repeatedly told them to credit my account. It has not been done, yet.

Halo Couture: Pretty Cool But Rewired Myself
- - 12-inch Halo Couture extensions cost about $350 plus haircut.
- - Color matching is free in person.

So I recently got 12 inch Halo Couture Extensions ($350 plus haircut/deep condition) at a local hair salon. They only sell them at salons and they color match you in person "for free." They are adjustable with bra like hooks, uncomfortable for long periods of time.
I went and got fishwire at Walmart and rewired them and just tied with 3 knots at each hair weft side.
I am not a hair stylist and it worked pretty well after watching a lot of you tube videos. So far so good...but buyer beware these do come with uncomfortable small plastic bra hook like attachments.

I ordered the original Halo Couture Extensions few years ago and loved them!
I just bought another one at the NY hair show recently. Once I opened it I realized how THIN the hair was! Nothing like the first one!!!!! You can totally see my hair underneath through the halo.
I am SO ANGRY!! How DARE they charge you SO much for such flimsy extensions!
I also have Hidden Crown extensions and I have to tell ya, they are SO much better and WAY cheaper!!!!
I had my boyfriend feel my new halo and my Hidden Crown extensions one after another and he couldn't believe how thin the halo was compared to HC.
Trust me Girls. DO NOT ORDER FROM HALO COUTURE!!!!!! Quality went WAY down hill. Id order from HIDDEN CROWN!

Quality decreasing
- - Original halo contour was loved but was stolen.

I bougt a halo coutour about a year ago and loved it, however someone loved it as much as I did and it was stolen. I bought a replacement at the same salon I bought the first one.
This time the quality was not nearlyn as good. Muchn Much less hair. same exact style number, same salon. The new one feels like about half the amount of hair as the first one.
I could do two thick braids with the old one and with this one i can do one braid for the same thickness. I wonder if I got a defective one or is the company putting in less hair into each product.

This company is the giant spider waiting for the innocent fly to come into their web. Once you buy these you are buy them.
I undid the strings on it to look at it and realized after opening them they didn't feel real. The color was fake and costume like. The extensions are on a fishing line and you are supposed to be able to blend them with your own hair. This is not what happened to me the extensions were heavy on my head and hurt my ears.
I tried to make them look good. I couldn't do that because the darn thing wouldn't even stay on my head.
I contacted the company with an email wanting to return their 300.00 product and I was told in a email they would take them back if the strings weren't cut! I feel completely took by this company and I won't order from them again.

I have purchased light auburn clip-in extensions from several companies and they were a perfect match. I received a costume-like unnatural red haired halo from Halo London Hair Extensions. Didn't match at all. I would have to dye my own hair to match.
It was also similar to costume material hair. Unknowingly, I removed the hair from the backing and put it up to my hair to see if it matched. The moment I took off the backing I was screwed. I emailed them 30 minutes after I received the FedEx shipment so there is no way I could have worn it.
They offered to exchange for a "Mousy Brown?!!?" (even though I have been a red head all of my life) BUT the hair would have to be completely intact to the packaging before they would refund/exchange. Therefore, I wasted over $200 for a costume wig that doesn't even closely match. If you are a red head, NEVER order from this company.
If you have any other color, the hair underneath will look like a costume. Stay away from this company.

Order $320 halo extensions. First time trying this , why is it cant return it and he t your money back if its super uncomfortsble, too heavy, too long over by the ears where it hurts.
Id say as long as you didnt wash , style, put products in you should be allowed to return it , now my husband is pissed at me because he boight it for me , he is out all the money and i cant even wear it , now will sit in drawer forver . VERY UNHAPPY GIRL WANT TO SCREAM!

I bought a 16 inch halo a few months ago from my stylist - F116 color. The color has faded terribly.
My stylist agrees that it used to be a deeper color. I have done nothing to cause it to fade.
I had the same experience with my 16 inch halo from halo couture. It faded terribly in a very short period of time.
