Halo Hair Extensions

I was screwed by this company. They keep sending products that I did not authorize. Asked to return products for refund and am getting nothing but the "run around"!

Did not receive the first order and was charged,called them and told them,also not to send any more,today ! received another one. What more can I do, then they got back to me and wanted me to sign up for 5 dollars and monthly payments to talk to there lawyers,what a big joke,I would rather go to BBB.

developed skin rash and itch after using the initial shipment.

I kept getting an email stating that my order of Vitamin and Oil was getting "low on stock". I was told to reorder from the "site listed" (not Halo Hair).

After many horrible internet experiences, I investigated the new sight. It was the same as the first ordering site. Guess what? SCAM!!!

I did not reorder and I have been hit with text messages, phone calls, and further emails to submit another order. I will not do it. These people are selling a "sugar pill", as most gummies are. I am out $12.19 for the 2 original bottles of the first order.

I have repeatedly told them to credit my account. It has not been done, yet.

my complaint is first of all the product was no good an someone sent me a bottle of fish oil an I got a bill for 72 dollars this is the address that I was told to send the fish oil to get my money back 11551 East 45th Avenue unit c Denver Co 80239 an the phone number 813-968-**** an when I call this number they told me i would get my money back no such luck

I use the Halo brand products to wash and condition and hair is still fluffy and matted within minutes of brushing through shine serum. This product is only good up until first wash. Very disappointed in these extensions

It will not stay in my hair . It slips right off .

I apparently don’t have that kind of thick hair to hold the wire in place. It just slips right over the top of my head and falls out

This company is the giant spider waiting for the innocent fly to come into their web. Once you buy these you are buy them.

I undid the strings on it to look at it and realized after opening them they didn't feel real. The color was fake and costume like. The extensions are on a fishing line and you are supposed to be able to blend them with your own hair. This is not what happened to me the extensions were heavy on my head and hurt my ears.

I tried to make them look good. I couldn't do that because the darn thing wouldn't even stay on my head.

I contacted the company with an email wanting to return their 300.00 product and I was told in a email they would take them back if the strings weren't cut! I feel completely took by this company and I won't order from them again.

Made an order on March 11th for a premium set of halo according to the site thru offer 2-3day shipping fir USA customers that is bs!!. I have still not received it contacted the compsny twice.

Only received a response asking me to confirm the name the order was placed in.

Very upset they charged my card $365. Do not but from this company!!

Order $320 halo extensions. First time trying this , why is it cant return it and he t your money back if its super uncomfortsble, too heavy, too long over by the ears where it hurts.

Id say as long as you didnt wash , style, put products in you should be allowed to return it , now my husband is pissed at me because he boight it for me , he is out all the money and i cant even wear it , now will sit in drawer forver . VERY UNHAPPY GIRL WANT TO SCREAM!
